Association of REALTORS® Board Memberships & MLS IDX for Premier Agent Network
Premier Agent Network is a member with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the California Association of REALTOR® (CAR), Florida REALTORS, Texas REALTORS and many other state and local REALTOR® associations/ boards throughout the United States. Our associates and real estate brokers may become a member with any of these REALTOR boards to receive full REALTOR® member benefits. Our agents also have access to the MLS and many forms in the online real estate dashboard back office system.
The map pin marks show the location where Premier Agent Network has a membership with a local Association of REALTOR®. A new Premier agent can enroll in any of the local REALTOR boards the real estate broker has an active membership with. Without membership to a local association of REALTORS®, you can’t use the REALTOR® designation, obtain a lock box key, list properties or see agent private remarks on the MLS.
If Premier Agent Network is NOT a member with a local Association of REALTORS® in the area where you are located, you can request for the brokerage to become a member. We may ask for a refundable deposit for the new association of REALTOR® membership. The deposit will be refunded after the first transaction the agent makes in the same calendar year. This deposit covers part of the broker's membership costs for the new association of realtors in order to keep the commission splits low.
